Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Thane

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets.
Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Requirements:
1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate:
Prior experience in Real estate sales.
Candidate should be based in Thane or nearby locations.
Strong network with channel partners and brokers.
