Troubleshooting & machine setting from the engineering side
Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the correct Process & machines.
Monthly spindle runout & PFM inspection
Exposure of Cylinder block & Cylinder head machining process
CNC program correction, current program development
New tool trial, tool development, tool setting
New DCN handling, planning & implementation
Exposure to fixture spare parts planning.
Exposure to material handling systems

Knowledge of CNC programming
Competencies/ Capabilities Required Functional: -
Should be able to do the CNC programming. HMC / VMC, Fanuc control machines , SPM machines e.g Boring, Gun drilling, Milling, Washing , leak test, hyd. Presses, Honing etc.
Good knowledge of machine Geometry testing,
Functions, Machine alignment.
Good knowledge of new development.
Good knowledge of tool selection & tool setting. 5. Good Knowledge of Fixture setting & alignment
Good interpersonal skill & should able to manage shift. 7. Good in spare parts planning & requirement generation. 8. Valuable hands in probe fixing, setting & trouble shooting. 9. Strengthening in daily work management. 10. Should be knowledge of IATF (ISO-16949),
Well versed in horizontal deployment of Kaizens & improvements.
Well versed in cost saving projects.
