Having relevant and sufficient experience in inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ammonia / urea equipment
Code knowledge of ASME API
Perform raw material and in process stage inspection, final examination of job.
Perform Inspection planning activities which includes specification study, Inspection records planning.
Inspection check list / Inspection data book preparation and stage closing.
TPI coordination , stage and final inspection clearance.
Process monitoring of welding, grinding, heat treatment.
Ensure stagewise inspection , including physical inspection, PMI Examination, Ferrite examination, painting inspection.
NCR Generation and processing, including closing.
Ensure records generation stagewise and close final documents.
Creation of record of lessons learnt during the project.
Inspection at vendor place.
Inspection at site, when required.
Educational Qualifications Experience
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical Engineering.
4 - 20 Years in heavy fabrication industries.
