Job Description
Experience & Leadership: 8+ years of relevant experience in Python-based application development, demonstrating a solid problem-solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
GenAI Application Development: Hands-on experience in designing and developing GenAI applications using Python and frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar, with practical experience in building GenAI use cases (RAG, Chatbots, Agentic Design patterns) and familiarity with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone).
Python Expertise: Robust knowledge of Python internals, its advanced features, and practical application of asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio).
Web Frameworks & Databases:



Hands-on experience with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs, good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
Dev Ops & Deployment: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), deploying applications on platforms like Open Shift, and understanding CI/CD principles and pipelines.
Overall Software Development Practice: Robust understanding of the software development lifecycle, best practices, and agile methodologies.
Value-Added Skills: Knowledge of Java is highly valued.
