Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Pharma/Biometrics hiring to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves hiring specialized profiles within clinical research and biometrics functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Biometrics roles, including Statistical Programmers, Biostatisticians, and Clinical Data Management professionals
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, experience, and communication skills
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation
Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Pharma, CRO, or Life Sciences
Hands-on experience hiring Biometrics profiles is highly preferred
Basic understanding of clinical research and biometrics terminology
Solid communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment
Proficiency with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing

Requirements
Expectations for the candidates: • 5+ years of experience working in clinical trials • 2+ years Oncology TA experience required, recent experience strongly preferred • Experience in CDISC • Experience in SAP development and review, eCRF review • Experience as study lead statistician • Experience working on integrated/pooled analyses (e.g. ISS/ISE) • Robust communication and collaboration skills
