Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about Human Resources and talent acquisition. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding and documentation for new joiners.




Prepare and maintain HR trackers, recruitment reports, and employee records.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
Assist with attendance management and other HR administrative tasks.
Support the HR team with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) in Human Resources or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup setting.
