We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader Recovery & Retention Operations to drive end-to-end ownership of Recovery & Retention activities. The role involves managing ticket allocation, field team productivity, asset recovery governance, operational performance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining complete asset accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end assessment, allocation, prioritization, and monitoring of Recovery & Retention tickets.
Drive daily productivity of Field Engineers and ensure achievement of the committed target of 5.8 recoveries per FE per day.
Monitor recent ticket generation and coach Additional Field Engineers to improve recovery attempts and conversions.
Improve Recovery & Retention conversion rates and reduce ageing cases through effective follow-up and governance.
Conduct daily performance reviews, operational governance meetings, and escalation management.
Ensure timely collection of recovered ONTs from Field Engineers.




Maintain 100% serial number-wise reconciliation of recovered ONTs and ensure timely submission to designated warehouses.
Ensure complete asset accountability with zero leakage and strict compliance to operational processes.
Publish daily productivity reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with CSMs, Field Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve operational targets.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive execution excellence across recovery operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
25 years of experience in Operations, Field Service Management, Telecom Operations, Recovery & Retention, or Team Handling roles.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Experience in productivity monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
Positive analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to manage field operations and drive target-based performance.
