Programmers.IO is currently looking to hire Mainframe Data Integration/ETL Developer on IBM z/OS, DB2, VSAM Technology. If you think you are a good fit and willing to work from Jaipur location.
Experience Required: 5 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain data extraction and integration solutions for IBM z/OS mainframe environments.
Analyze and interpret mainframe file structures, including:
VSAM
Sequential Files
COBOL Copybooks
DB2 for z/OS Tables
JCL Processes
Perform data profiling, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues across source and target systems.
Support data migration and mainframe modernization initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.

Required Experience
Experience working with IBM z/OS mainframe environments.
Solid understanding of COBOL Copybooks, VSAM files, DB2 for z/OS, and JCL.
Experience designing and developing enterprise ETL/data integration solutions.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix settings and Shell Scripting.
Experience supporting large-scale mainframe modernization programs
