About the Role

Keys on Rent is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a field sales role where you will be responsible for acquiring tenants, assisting them in finding suitable rental properties, conducting property visits, and ensuring a smooth rental process.

Key Responsibilities
Meet prospective tenants through field visits and assigned leads.
Understand tenant requirements and recommend suitable rental properties.
Schedule and conduct property visits for prospective tenants.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking.
Follow up with prospective tenants and convert leads into successful rentals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with tenants to ensure a positive customer experience.




Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate a smooth rental process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.

Eligibility
0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.

Requirements
Bike is mandatory.
Valid Driving License is mandatory.
Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers on-site.
