Communication & Reward & Recognition (Manufacturing Staff) & implement various reward & recognition, communication mechanisms for employee motivation
To support the effective implementation and monitoring of CSR initiatives in 11 Villages at Cuttack cement Works by Planning & Budgeting various CSR activities keeping in view of 5 Focus area of CSR.
Create case studies, success stories, and presentation of CSR activities for internal and external use.
Develop and manage CSR MIS systems for tracking project progress, fund utilization, and impact metrics.
Coordination and valuable liaison with Villagers and other stakeholders for community development purpose.
Coordination with Local & Govt Officers for organizing various CSR events in villages
