Job Description:

Must have Technical:-
Valuable understanding of Control-M Architecture and Agent/Server Communication
Valuable knowledge on Control-M tool to manage batch jobs, familiarity with feates and usage of tool
Basic Unix
ITIL knowledge

Valuable to have:
Experience of handling Priority incidents and critical issues related to Control-M.
Basic Unix
Basic MS SQL or Oracle

Soft Skills:
Experience in 24*7 batch monitoring and production support.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for Control-M job scheduling and monitoring. Responsible for incident resolution, job failures, performance tuning, and ensuring batch workflows run smoothly in production environments. A strong focus is placed on adherence to ITIL processes to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
