Role & responsibilities
Lead daily production operations and ensure achievement of line output targets.
Manage RGB / ASSP / Tetra Pak production lines and monitor overall line efficiency.
Implement TPM, TBM, GMP and Planned Maintenance activities on production lines.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely breakdown resolution and preventive actions.
Prepare production plans, shift schedules, and manage manpower deployment.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Track material consumption, wastage levels, and report variances on SAP.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports and SAP system entries.
Conduct process audits, line inspections and quality parameter checks.




Drive continuous improvement projects, Kaizen, 5S and JIPM activities to reduce losses.
Identify and eliminate abnormalities and escalate critical issues when required.
Coach and train operators on SOPs, OPL (One Point Lessons), GMP and line standards.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Planning teams for smooth operations.
Execute inventory checks for packaging materials and support root cause analysis for defects.
Ensure compliance with statutory, company and customer audit requirements.
