Roles and Responsibility
Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
Provide coaching and support to junior team members to enhance their recruitment skills.

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in recruitment.
Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
