Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle customer receipts, vendor payments, and project-wise accounting.
• Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, and outstanding receivables.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including return filing and
reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities during audits and
assessments.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and project-wise cost records.
• Reconcile customer accounts, vendor ledgers, and bank statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making by providing accurate financial
data.
