Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Sourcing: Execute end-to-end bulk recruitment cycles for junior to mid-level, mass-volume roles.
Mass Hiring Drives: Plan, coordinate, and execute walk-in drives, campus hiring, and off-site recruitment events.
Multi-Channel Acquisition: Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn), qualified networking, employee referrals, and social media to attract active and passive candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screenings and group assessments to evaluate candidate fit against role requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers to provide timely interview feedback, offer rollouts, and onboarding support.
Recruitment Metrics: Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, tracking conversion rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
