What You'll Do
Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, including stories, reels, and carousels.
Write compelling hooks and scripts to capture audience attention.
Appear on camera with confidence and energy, embodying the brand's persona.
Monitor social media trends and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with design and video teams to execute creative concepts.
Support Meta ads creative development with a focus on performance.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate content performance.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented individual with:




1–3 years of hands-on social media or content creation experience.
A Bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of social media management experience.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Genuine comfort and a compelling presence on camera.
A strong understanding of premium aesthetics, tone, and quality.
Deep knowledge of Instagram and short-form content strategy.
A creative mindset with the ability to ideate, script, and execute quickly.
Familiarity with Meta ads and performance-driven creative.
A team-oriented, energetic, and ego-free attitude.

Compensation

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
