Strong exposure to Placement function in Employee Perks space.
Robust hands-on experience in GHI/GMC, GPA and GTL placement.
Minimum 4 years of experience

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a composite insurance and reinsurance broking and has built a strong presence, particularly in the commercial lines and species space.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end placement of Employee Benefits insurance products, primarily Group Health Insurance (GHI/GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Term Life (GTL).
Understand client requirements, employee demographics, risk profiles, claims experience and coverage requirements.
Prepare and circulate RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suitable insurers and coordinate the quotation process.
Analyse and compare quotations based on premium, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, policy terms and conditions.
Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and favourable coverage terms.
Develop placement strategies for new business and renewal portfolios.




Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, Claims and Operations teams for seamless execution of placements.
Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements and documentation within agreed TATs.
Review policy schedules, terms, conditions and endorsements to ensure accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms.
Maintain accurate placement records, insurer quotations, negotiations and MIS reports.
Keep abreast of market trends, insurer appetite, pricing movements and current EB products and solutions.
Contribute towards business retention, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities wherever relevant

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate / Post Graduate in any disciple
Professional certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added advantage.
