We are hiring a results-driven Freight Broker & Drayage Specialist to manage end-to-end freight operations with a solid focus on port drayage. This role requires ownership of shipments from booking to delivery, rate negotiation, and proactive issue resolution while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Source and manage carriers for FTL, LTL, and drayage shipments
Coordinate port pickups, container movements, and last-mile delivery
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and shippers
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery across all loads
Handle dispatching, load updates, and documentation (BOL, POD, etc.)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and clients
Resolve operational issues such as delays, port congestion, and detention
Ensure compliance with FMCSA and port regulations
