Position Summary

We're looking for a Senior HR Manager who can lead and drive our HR function with a robust emphasis on end-to-end recruitment. This person will also manage and train the HR team and take ownership of hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Personally conduct interviews for key/senior roles and set the bar for candidate evaluation.
Build and continuously improve sourcing strategy (job boards, referrals, agencies, social/qualified networks).
Train, coach, and upskill recruiters on sourcing techniques, screening judgment, identifying genuine vs. inflated candidate profiles, and structured interviewing.
Set and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, offer-to-join ratio) for the team
Build repeatable,



scalable hiring processes and interview frameworks the team can run independently
HR Team Management
Directly manage a team of recruiters.
Set goals, review performance, and develop the team's skills over time
Act as both manager and hands-on trainer.
Learning & Development
Plan and run regular training programs (onboarding, skill-building, recruiter training, compliance refreshers)
Identify training needs across the org and build a training calendar

Requirements
Proven experience owning recruitment end-to-end, ideally with experience training/mentoring a recruitment team.
Experience managing a team.
Solid interviewing and candidate-assessment judgment.
Comfortable being hands-on
