What you ll be doing
Manage application support and ensure that application service levels provided meet agreed SLAs
Ensure adherence to technology standards and architectural principles
Produce functional and technical designs for current and existing applications adequately addressing business issues and meet IT expectations
Mature Agile ways of working within SuccessFactors quad
Help ensure high quality outcomes through effective testing techniques

Desired qualification and work experience
7+ Years or overall experience, at least 5 years of SAP experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions especially Employee Central Payroll , SAP Payroll and Time Management and Employee Central.
5+ Years of Experience in SAP Payroll , Time Management and Employee Central Payroll is must.
Experience handling Requirements workshops and design Solutions,



Valuable grasp of SAP cloud platform solutions.
Familiar with testing processes, tools, methodologies and test-driven development utmost.
Functional Knowledge on Employee Life Cycle Processes.
Proven Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Configurations
