Key Responsibilities

Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) during all stages of rice milling.

Inspect the quality of paddy, rice, and other grains at every processing stage.

Monitor milling operations including cleaning, dehusking, polishing, Sortex, grading, and packing.

Ensure proper Sortex machine output and grading standards are maintained.

Check moisture, broken percentage, foreign matter, damaged grains, and other quality parameters.

Maintain production and quality records as per company standards.

Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to minimize quality deviations.

Monitor stock management of paddy, raw rice, finished goods, and by-products.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Robust knowledge of Paddy, Rice & Grain Quality

.

Hands-on experience in Rice Milling Operations.

Positive understanding of Sortex, Grading, and Milling Process.

Knowledge of IPQC (In-Process Quality Control).

Experience in Stock Management and Inventory Control.

Ability to identify quality defects and resolve process issues.

Basic documentation and reporting skills.
