CRM & Customer Relationship Management (Primary Responsibility)
Manage the complete customer lifecycle through the CRM system.
Maintain customer records, inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with international customers regarding order status and dispatch.
Generate CRM reports and maintain dashboards.
Ensure prompt communication and issue resolution.

Export Coordination
Coordinate export order execution from order confirmation to shipment.
Work closely with production, logistics, dispatch, and sales teams.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA,
and shipping lines.

Export Documentation
Prepare and review Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, and Proforma Invoices.
Support LC documentation and export compliance.
Ensure documentation accuracy.

Who Will Succeed in This Role
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience.
Experience handling international customers.
Working knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Advanced MS Excel and ERP/CRM proficiency.
Experience in ceramics, manufacturing, or export-oriented industries preferred.
