Connect with leads generated through social media campaigns.
Explain the training program and assess candidate interest and eligibility.
Shortlist interested candidates and schedule them for counselling/orientation.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records.

Any Arts & Science Graduate (HR/Social Work background preferred).
