Role & responsibilities
Manages the relationship with Domestic Business for effective & on time execution of IB indent orders.
Identifies opportunities for performance improvement, within own group
Drives quality standards, targets and methods to control process quality.
Drives a quality mindset throughout Operations.
Monitor team and individual performance, offers and encourages prospects for development
Drives HS&E; procedures and standards in compliancy with regulations.

Manage relationships and coordinate with freight forwarders,



customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport agencies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation
Owns Internal Controls processes & represents SCM for internal/external audits.

Ensure adherence of all Domestic trade laws, customs regulations and relent statutory bodies managing necessary documents like bill of lading and export licenses
