Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) with valid Nursing Council registration.
23+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
Solid working knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.
Experience in managing ICU, OT, Emergency, and specialty units.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.
Proficiency in HIS, EMR/EHR systems, and documentation.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage critical situations and patient grievances effectively.
Certifications in BLS/ACLS and Infection Control preferred.
