We are looking for a motivated Software Developer (Full Stack) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend technologies and should also have experience in client coordination and handling project communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
Design, develop, and integrate backend APIs and databases.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance.
Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical queries.
Handle project discussions, understand business requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with designers, QA, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development practices.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of Full Stack Development experience.
Robust knowledge of React.js/Next.js.
Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Good understanding of MongoDB and/or MySQL.
Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Robust communication skills with experience in client coordination and project handling.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of Docker and deployment processes.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
