We are looking for a highly energetic, entrepreneurial, and ownership-driven professional to lead B2B partnerships and strategic growth initiatives for Active20.

This person will be responsible for building and scaling lead-generation channels by forging partnerships with doctors, corporates, residential apartments, gated communities, and other relevant ecosystem players. Beyond executing existing growth avenues, the individual will be expected to continuously identify and pilot new channels to reach our target audience.

The role will own the pre-sales funnel for new studio launches and be accountable for generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support business growth. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, strong execution capabilities, and a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with doctors, corporates, apartments, societies, and other referral channels.




Identify and execute new lead-generation prospects and strategic growth initiatives.
Drive pre-sales activities for upcoming studio launches.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and studio teams to maximize conversion outcomes.
Take end-to-end ownership of targets, execution, and results.
