Job Description
Conduct literature searches to identify current Research Development (RD) opportunities, creative methodologies, and process improvements.
Develop recent process concepts for RD activities, production optimization, and yield enhancement.
Collect, compile, and maintain analytical data from experiments in Excel sheets, Word documents, and other approved formats.
Perform analytical data analysis and interpretation to support process development and decision-making.
Execute technology transfer activities from RD to manufacturing in compliance with cGMP requirements and ensure complete documentation.
Conduct validation of products developed by RD and establish relevant SOPs and timelines for implementation.




Plan and perform experiments, prepare and maintain Laboratory Notebook (LNB) records, and ensure all experimental data is accurately documented and up to date.
Supervise the activities of Chemists and Trainees and provide necessary training and technical guidance.
