Role & responsibilities -
Generate life insurance business through bank branch referrals.
Build and maintain robust relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and explain policy features, advantages, and claim processes.
Cross-sell insurance products to existing bank customers.
Follow up with leads provided by the bank and convert them into sales.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy issuance.
Maintain high standards of compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines.
Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and customer support.
Organize customer awareness programs and sales campaigns at bank branches.
Train and motivate bank employees to generate quality insurance referrals.
Monitor branch performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
