Roles & Responsibilities
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Ensure product quality through regular inspections and measurements.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance.
Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve shop-floor issues.
Maintain production records and machine performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Sheet metal machining, production processes, and engineering drawings.




Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is preferred.
Willingness to work in shifts and learn current manufacturing processes.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
