Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test scripts and support functional testing for OTM/GTM releases and enhancements.
Analyze integration errors using integration logs and XML payloads; troubleshoot and resolve techno-functional production issues.
Perform OTM/GTM configurations, enhancements, minor customizations, and application setup activities.
Monitor transactions and OTM reports; validate data and support issue resolution using SQL.
Support migrations and integration mappings, including inbound and outbound interface process flow understanding.
Skills Required:
7 - 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Transportation Management Cloud and functional support/implementation.
MySQL for data validation and issue resolution.
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) functional consulting experience.
Solid understanding of XML payloads, integration logs, and integration mappings/process flows.
Ability to write and execute PL/SQL and SQL queries for troubleshooting and production support.
Valuable to Have:
Cloud Integration experience for OTM integrations.
Implementation experience across OTM/GTM modules and support engagements.
Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M-Tech/MSc./MBA or equivalent).
