Role Overview
Manages the health, compliance, and deployment strategies of global endpoint devices using up-to-date management tools.
MDM Management: Administer and troubleshoot device policies using Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
Policy Compliance: Monitor and remediate device configuration drifts, compliance errors, and update failures.
Remote Fixes: Push scripts, configurations, and configuration profiles to global Windows and Mac endpoints.
Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate endpoint status records during migration from internal to managed services.
Exclusion: Hand off any physical hardware issues to local in office support teams.
