Responsibilities
Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations across diverse industries.
Configure and customize SAP ME/MII modules for production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management.
Integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES systems for seamless operations.
Develop optimized workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Drive full project lifecycle: blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Conduct training workshops for end-users and IT teams.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Stay updated on SAP DM innovations, IoT, and Industry 4.0 trends.
Review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify potential risks and issues.
Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to the client for managing change using multiple communication mechanisms.
Coach and create a vision for the team,



provide subject matter training for focus areas, and motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
Be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical and Skilled Requirements:
9+ years of experience in SAP ME/MII; 3+ years in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).
At least 1 full SAP DMC implementation.
Expertise in SAP DMC site setup, shop floor execution, PODs, data collection, genealogy, and integration with S/4HANA.
Solid knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PM modules.
Experience with IoT, cloud-based manufacturing solutions, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Excellent consulting, documentation, and business process mapping skills.
Robust analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
