Timings: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Qualification: Graduation in any stream

This is a purely night-shift position.
Role & Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment for IT positions under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in training sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of the US IT recruitment process and technical hiring landscape.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Solid verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
Eagerness to learn about the US IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.
Familiarity with sourcing tools like job boards and LinkedIn (added advantage).
Ability to adapt and perform in a rapid-paced, night-shift work environment.
Proactive, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment.
