Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conduct regular cycle counts and audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimize warehouse space.

Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse performance through data analysis, process optimization, and employee feedback.

Implement warehouse management system and technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance visibility and control.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong leadership & team management skills.

Hands-on experience with warehouse/inventory management systems, including Uni commerce software.

Knowledge of e-commerce order fulfillment processes.

Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting.

Solid communication & coordination abilities.
