Role & responsibilities
Perform the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple regions and business units.
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually management reports- such as dashboards, variance analysis, brokerage income, claims expenses reporting.
Review expense categories, analyze variances, and ensure accuracy and sign off on final forecasts.
Identify key business drivers and provide insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Month-End Analytics: Review accruals, provisions, and key P&L; movements. Partner with accounting teams to validate closing numbers.
Perform variance analysis and provide commentary between actual vs budget/forecast.
Regulatory and Compliance Support; Assist in audit queries, internal controls, and policy adherence. Coordinate with statutory and regulatory reporting teams as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) and experience

Hands-on Experience in OneStream and NetSuite systems.

Expertise in performing month end close activities.
