Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Management
Plan, execute, and monitor all construction activities as per approved drawings.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
Subcontractor Management
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors working on the project.
Verify measurements and certify subcontractor bills.
Material Management
Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid shortages and wastage.
Maintain proper records of material receipts, consumption, and stock.
Carry out periodic material reconciliation and identify variances.
Survey & Setting Out
Perform basic surveying activities required for building construction.
Team Management
Lead and manage supervisors and other site staff.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.




Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for the client at the project site.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of building construction methods and sequencing.
Ability to independently manage an entire construction project.
Experience in subcontractor management and billing.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and material reconciliation.
Basic proficiency in survey equipment (Auto Level).
Positive understanding of drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Solid client handling and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Spreadsheet and project documentation.
