Key Responsibilities
Ensure supplier compliance with sustainability and environmental standards.
Monitor water, chemical, and waste management practices.
Conduct factory audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain compliance records and audit reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in sustainability or compliance within a Buying House or Export House.
Robust knowledge of chemical management, water management, environmental compliance, and sustainability standards such as Sedex, SMETA, BSCI, ZDHC, and ISO 14001.
Valuable communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
