Role & responsibilities
Manage critically ill patients admitted to Medical, Surgical and Multidisciplinary ICUs.
Assess, diagnose and formulate evidence-based treatment plans for critically ill patients.
Manage mechanical ventilation (invasive & non-invasive) and perform ventilator weaning.
Handle emergency and life-threatening conditions including septic shock, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest and multi-organ dysfunction.
Perform ICU procedures such as endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement and other bedside critical care procedures.
Monitor hemodynamic status and optimize patient management.
Lead Code Blue and rapid response situations as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid clinical knowledge in Critical Care Medicine.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
Commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence.
