Mandatory Skills:
Robust experience in backend development with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Hands-on expertise in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, CDK)
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular
Experience in production support, incident management, debugging, and performance tuning
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/logging, and offline first data sync patterns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS:
Design and develop scalable backend systems using REST APIs and microservices architecture
Build and manage serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, CDK)
Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
Implement telemetry workflows for monitoring system performance, availability, and reliability




Architect and support offline-first systems with robust data synchronization patterns (e.g., RxDB-like approaches)
Lead production support activities including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
Drive system debugging, performance tuning, and stability improvements
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes
Integrate monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Sentry, Lumigo or similar) for observability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings
Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative development
Ensure quality through automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
