We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reels Editor to create engaging short-form video content for brands across social media platforms

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of editing styles, audience engagement, transitions, audio syncing, and viral content formats

Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos
Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, effects, and sound design
Understand brand tone and adapt editing styles accordingly
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams
Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content formats
Ensure timely delivery of video content while maintaining quality standards
Organize and manage raw footage and project files efficiently
Optimize video content for different social media platforms
Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and brand communication
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Skills Qualifications
Experience in video editing and short-form content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut , or similar editing tools
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement




Knowledge of social media content trends and platform-specific best practices
Ability to create engaging transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics
Basic knowledge of animations and motion design is an added advantage
Solid attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with brands, agencies, or content creators is preferred

Positive to Have
Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content
Knowledge of color grading and advanced video effects
Experience with AI-powered editing tools and automation workflows
