We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in airline ticketing, GDS systems, and customer service. The role involves assisting customers with flight bookings, travel queries, itinerary planning, and delivering excellent travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
Book, modify, and cancel reservations using GDS systems.
Work on NDC platforms for airline bookings and ancillary services.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Resolve customer issues and travel-related concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel regulations.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.





Required Skills
Hands-on experience with GDS systems.
Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability).
Positive working knowledge of MS Office.
Robust customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Familiarity with airline and airport codes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

GDS Requirement

Candidates must have working knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus.
Experience with Sabre will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in the travel industry.
Experience handling airline reservations and ticketing.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
