Role & responsibilities
Plan and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
Diagnosing faults and breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to improve machine reliability.
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support production goals.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and spare parts usage.
Supervise and support technicians during major repairs, installations, and shutdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.
Assist in procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including energy conservation and cost reduction projects.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and plant upgrades
