Role & responsibilities
Vendor Performance Management: Manage relationships with outsourced service vendors across all projects. Define SLAs, monitor compliance via scorecards, and drive corrective actions for underperformance while optimizing costs.
Maintenance Protocol Development: Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance checklists and SOPs for chillers, heat pumps, air compressors, cooling towers, pumps, and AHUs. Define frequencies, acceptance criteria, and update protocols based on field learnings.
Service Management Product Development: Lead development of an integrated platform capturing IoT sensor data, field technician inputs via mobile app, work orders, and consumables usage. Design data validation rules, automated alerts, and dashboards for vendor performance monitoring and customer reporting.
Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Partner with Head of Project Performance & Energy Management Systems to resolve equipment issues, ensure vendor CAPA implementation, and align service delivery with energy savings targets.
Quality & Compliance:



Implement rigorous data quality checks and ensure 95% compliance in field app entries. Enforce adherence to maintenance protocols and safety standards during all service activities.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, internal project teams, and the Head of Projects, providing regular performance updates and addressing operational concerns promptly. Communication with internal hierarchy up to the Head of Projects and Services.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive service records, including digital checklists, inspection reports, spare parts usage logs, and vendor performance scorecards.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 810 years in service operations, maintenance management, or vendor management within the industrial or HVAC sector, including experience with chillers, air compressors, and auxiliary systems.
