Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development Leadership
Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and maintainable UI components
Convert production mockups into polishedHTML5,CSS3, andJavaScriptweb applications, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility
Implement design systems and UI patterns that are consistent across products and platforms
Optimizefront-end performance,identifyingbottlenecks,



and ensuring smooth and responsive interactions

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life
Champion front-end standards and mentor junior engineers, ensuring code quality, accessibility, and usability
Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and progress reporting in an Agile environment
7+ years of qualified front-end development experience, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
ProficiencyinReactor similar up-to-date front-end frameworks
Experience working with modern web development environments (e.g.,NPM,Gulp,Webpack,Docker)
Strongexpertiseinresponsive designprinciples and mobile-first development (e.g.,Bootstrap,Foundation)
Experience withSPAandMPAarchitectures and integrating with backend APIs (e.g.,RESTfulorGraphQL)
Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
