Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Negotiate compensation, roll out offers, and facilitate pre-boarding activities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports through ATS and internal systems.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills




Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and social media platforms.
Experience hiring for Technology, Corporate, Product, Sales, or Operations roles.
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
Valuable understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
