Position Title: Associate
Business Function: Operations
Department: Reconciliations teams responsible for reconciling Cash, Trade and Positions between Internal data (Accounting) and External data (Custodian/Banks) across all asset classes offered by the Bank primarily being Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Derivatives

RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensuring quality and time effective production of recons across all asset classes
Ensure all process tasks are completed
Respond to data queries and provide support to stakeholders
Ensure self and team is escalating critical issues to Department Head/Lead thereby ensuring a seamless process flow
Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase productivity by process improvement/lean processes.
Contribute actively in documenting procedures and work instructions.




Actively ensure that Reconciliations always engages positively with any stakeholders and maintain a high service level
Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs
Own, coordinate and delegate work as required
Work across functions to identify root cause to breaks and contribute to find resolutions

Must have:
Experience in Investment Banking
Knowledge of various market asset classes
Knowledge of end to end flow of Reconciliation
Knowledge of using Excel, Word and PPT
