About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic German Language Trainer to help students develop their German language proficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a valid Goethe-Institut Certification and have robust communication skills with a passion for teaching. Freshers with relevant certification are encouraged to apply. German trainers typically teach CEFR-aligned levels (A1B2), prepare lesson plans, assess learners, and support students preparing for Goethe examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging German language training sessions (A1B2 level).
Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Create lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and learning materials.
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for Goethe certification examinations.
Track student attendance, performance, and progress.
Encourage an interactive and learner-centric classroom environment.




Support students with language practice and cultural understanding.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of teaching/training experience (Freshers are welcome).
Goethe Certification (Minimum B2 required; C1 preferred).
Excellent spoken and written German.
Good command of English for explaining concepts.
Solid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the CEFR framework.
Familiarity with Goethe examination patterns.
Experience with online teaching tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Ability to engage learners through interactive teaching methods.
Solid organizational and classroom management skills.
