Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Security to manage and oversee security operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in security manpower management, recruitment, deployment, client coordination, and day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day security operations across assigned client sites.
Handle recruitment, deployment, and allocation of security manpower based on site requirements.
Ensure adequate manpower availability and arrange replacements for absenteeism or vacancies.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and security audits.
Attend client meetings and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Supervise Security Officers, Supervisors, and Security Guards.
Maintain operational records, registers, attendance, deployment details, and other required documentation.
Ensure all sites follow company SOPs, security procedures,



rules, and regulations.
Monitor discipline, grooming, attendance, and performance of security personnel.
Handle client concerns, operational issues, and escalations promptly.
Coordinate with internal recruitment, HR, and management teams for manpower requirements.
Train and guide security personnel to maintain service quality and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in Security Operations / Security Management.
Strong knowledge of security manpower recruitment and deployment.
Experience handling multiple security sites and teams.
Good client-handling and problem-solving skills.
Robust leadership and team-management capabilities.
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Knowledge of security documentation, registers, compliance, and SOPs.
Candidates with experience in Security Agencies / Facility Management Companies will be preferred.
