Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Technical Architecture & Solution Design
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce technical architectures.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Define solution architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
Lead architecture discussions and technical discovery workshops with clients.




Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.
Salesforce Development Leadership
Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams across multiple projects.
Review technical designs, code quality, and solution implementations.
Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
Mentor Senior Developers and Lead Developers.
Drive adoption of reusable components and scalable development patterns.
